When logging into the Zoom app, please opt to use the SSO option, instead of your email address and password.

Upon opening the application, click on the SSO option under 'or sign in with'.

In the next window, enter 'up-edu' as the company domain.

After clicking on 'Continue', you should be directed to a page asking what account you wish to log in with. Select your UP Mail account.

You should be able to see a page informing you that you can now launch Zoom.
